Work

What we build, and to what standard.

Amazeno Craftsmanship Ltd was registered in Abuja in October 2024. Rather than fill this page with photographs of buildings that are not ours, it sets out plainly what we do, how we do it, and the standard we hold ourselves to. Completed projects will be published here as they finish.

Three disciplines

Our registration names all three. So do we.

Open — Build

Build

New residential and commercial construction; renovation, restoration and structural modification. We run the site, hold the programme and carry the risk.

  • Main contracting
  • Renovation
  • Fit-out

Open — Craft

Craft

Carpentry and joinery, metal fabrication, masonry, stone and bespoke finishes — made by our own hands rather than handed to a subcontractor.

  • Joinery
  • Metal
  • Masonry
  • Finishes

Open — Manage

Manage

Planning, coordination, supervision and cost control across the whole project. One programme, one price, one person answerable for both.

  • Programme
  • Cost control
  • Weekly reporting
  • Handover

The Amazeno Standard

What we check, and when.

A standard is only real if it is written down before the work starts and signed off as the work proceeds. These are the points we inspect on every project, whatever its size.

  1. 01

Setting out is checked against the drawings before any concrete is poured.

The cheapest error to fix is the one found before it sets.

  2. 02

Junctions are drawn at full size before they are built.

Where two materials meet is a design decision, not something to improvise on site.

  3. 03

Every service route is photographed before it is covered.

You will know what is behind your walls, and so will whoever maintains them in twenty years.

  4. 04

Joinery is dry-fitted before it is finished and delivered.

Nothing arrives on site to be forced into an opening it does not fit.

  5. 05

Wet trades are given their full cure before the next trade starts.

Most cracked screeds and failed paintwork are a programme failure, not a material failure.

  6. 06

Snagging is done in daylight, with you present.

Defects are easy to miss under a work light and impossible to miss at ten in the morning.

  7. 07

You are handed a written care guide for every finish in the building.

What to clean it with, when to re-seal it, and who to call.

Who we work with

Three kinds of client, three different needs.

Private clients

Bespoke homes, major renovations, guest houses and private offices — often with an architect or interior designer already involved. Including Nigerians abroad building at home.

Come home to exactly what you were shown.

Developers

Premium residential, boutique commercial, show-homes and model units, where the quality of the finish sets the price per square metre.

One contract. One standard. Units that sell.

Architects & designers

We are the builder, not a competitor. We execute design intent faithfully, photograph the collaboration properly and credit the studio that drew it.

Your drawings, honoured.

Projects

Published as they finish, not before.

We would rather show you three projects we actually built than thirty we did not. Completed work will appear on this page with photographs of the details, a note of what we made in-house, and a word from the client or architect where they are happy to give one.

In the meantime, if you want evidence rather than assurances, ask. We will walk you through a proposal and a weekly report, and take you to see work in progress.
